We are recruiting 03 industrial vehicle sales associates for our regional headquarters in Douala.

YOUR MISSIONS

The Sales Representative is responsible for carrying out activities contributing to the marketing of industrial vehicles, equipment and peripheral products as well as the recovery of used vehicles. It also ensures overall control from the analysis of customer demand to delivery of the vehicle, including, if necessary, the services of suppliers (bodybuilders-equipment manufacturers).

MAIN ACTIVITIES

MARKETING ACTIVITIES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Prospecting, development and customer loyalty;
Marketing of vehicles;
Sale of financing, equipment and peripheral products;
Monitoring of the secondary and intermediate network;
Monitoring the delivery of vehicles to customers;
Physical estimation of used vehicles and determination of their value,
Negotiation of the trade-in value of the vehicle.

ACTIVITIES RELATING TO MARKETING MANAGEMENT

Management of a global order including supplier services;
Administrative management of marketing activities including: response to calls for tender, management of proposals for long-term rental services, commercial monitoring of a vehicle fleet, monitoring of relations with control services;
Organization of activities according to quantitative and qualitative objectives determined by the hierarchy;
Preparation of reports of commercial activities;
Participation in the development and implementation of the company’s commercial action plan;
Tutoring young people in work-study training;
Processing of complaints within the framework of the directives received;
Application of quality procedures in force within the company

YOUR SKILLS/YOUR PROFILE

Bac + 2 minimum in commercial techniques / Negotiation and customer relations / Unit management
03 years minimum in a Management or car dealership sales department Good experience in commercial development
