We are recruiting for our regional headquarters in Douala 03 Private vehicle sales associates

 

 

 

YOUR MISSIONS

The Commercial Attaché is responsible for carrying out activities contributing on the one hand to the marketing of private vehicles and accessories and on the other hand identifying recovery opportunities used vehicles. He also ensures periodic reporting of his activities to his superiors.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

PROSPECTING

Develop a customer portfolio;
Identify new business opportunities;
Serve as an ambassador for brands for which he sells;
Ensure permanent competitive monitoring and report to superiors on market trends.

 

 

 

ENSURE THE SALES OF VEHICLES

Develop sales pitches by product;
Effectively negotiate with customers;
Ensure the loyalty of customers acquired through permanent improvement in the quality of services;
Ensure customer relay as part of the provision of after-sales services (maintenance-overhaul-spare parts);
Ensure the creation of sales files and transmit them to sales administrators;

COLLECTION

In collaboration with the collection department and the customer, ensure effective payment of debts for cash payments and unfinanced credit sales.

 

 

 

YOUR SKILLS/YOUR PROFILE

Bac + 2 minimum in commercial techniques / Negotiation and customer relations / Unit management
3 years minimum in a Management or car dealership sales department Good experience in commercial development

Position based in Douala – Cameroon
