Candidate profile:

Male and female
Bac +3 minimum level in Finance/Management/Business School;
05 years of experience in the profession

Result -oriented know-how

Anaytical and synthetical mind; Sense of organization;
Have good writing skills; Good interpersonal skills and good listening skills;
Have a strong ability to adapt;
Demonstrate rigor and diplomacy;
Be able to work under pressure.
Know-How

Have solid knowledge of banking law, banking techniques, financial analysis, COBAC regulations related to microfinance;
Analyze a credit report;
Have experience in management, team coaching and commercial animation;
Master banking software;
Master the office package.

Missions:

Develop the agency’s portfolio and ensure the achievement of commercial objectives;
Animate, supervise and manage the activities of the agency’s staff;
Implement the company’s commercial policy with a view to profitability;
Ensure the proper functioning of the agency both in terms of customer reception and security.
