WE ARE RECRUITING
Mission
Verification of the conformity of the statements of compensation
for Populations Affected by the Project (PAP), the
Action and Resettlement Plan (PAR) and the implementation audit
in the Adamaoua Region.

Qualifications required
2 Team coordinators : Have a university degree of at least Bac + 4 in
Development Management, Rural Economy, Sociology or other
similar disciplines. Have proven experience in developing or implementing PARs, Have
a specialization in Development Sociology or
Community Development will be an asset. Have completed at least two (2) similar missions.
04 Community liaison agents: Have a BAC+3 in human sciences,
social sciences and/or economics and have already carried out field surveys. Knowledge
of locally spoken languages ​​will be an asset.

Check the lists of PAPs (Photo, locality) and collect photocopies of their CNI;
Check the list of properties impacted by PAP and the related estimates
(photos, GPS coordinates, etc.);
Ensure that the assessments of impacted assets in the PAR reflect the reality on the
ground;
Verify the identity of the PAPs and all rights holders;
Collect all minutes of family councils with a view to
distributing the compensation to be received;
In the event of the death of a PAP, collect supporting documents from the beneficiaries.
Check the alignment between the evaluations made by the consultant and those of the
CCE and propose possible adjustments to reflect the reality on the ground;
Check in the event of resettlement, whether the rehousing of PAPs on the
resettlement sites has been effective;
Check the effectiveness of taking into account disputes on the evaluation of properties
that emerged during public consultations and additional censuses of PAPs
forgotten and not recorded by the project team;
Evaluate the importance of complaints, number of complaints and complaints
received/processed/resolved;
Ensure the availability of documents related to consultation activities:
minutes of meetings, reports of discussions (focus groups) and
interviews, etc.
