BEETLE HERITAGE is recruiting for the needs of its services 04 SHIFT MEUNIER .

The SHIFT MEUNIER ‘s mission is to ensure the proper functioning of the factory, and the management of the activities of each production station from the reception of wheat to the packaging of the finished product.

ACTIVITIES

Start the factory
Ensure the proper functioning of each line (reception, cleaning, milling and bagging and transfer of flour)
Ensure the extraction rate taking into account the maximum ash rate allowed
Adjust machines to optimize efficiency
Ensure the hygiene of the mill
Follow the machine cleaning plan
Control and monitor the progress of operations at each workstation,
Monitor production rates, in real time, and react very quickly in the event of a problem
Be attentive to the problems of the personnel under his responsibility and transmit those above these attributions to the production manager.

Alert the maintenance department in the event of a breakdown leading to production stoppages
Produce the activity reports of his team,
Pre-establish the daily production reports for his shift
Bring out the failure mode analysis report on a daily, weekly and/or monthly basis and bring out the corrective action plan

Profile

Professional experience of at least 2 years in a mill or semolina
Academic level: BTS/DUT/PROFESSIONAL LICENSE Industrial and production maintenance; Electricity ; electrical engineering; Electromechanical

Additional training and/or qualification desired: ISO 9001 or ISO 22000
Safety and quality oriented while being productive
Rules of Good Manufacturing Practices -GMP
Leadership and good communication skills
Adapt to new technologies
Anticipate problems and know how to detect malfunctions as early as possible.
Exchange and synthesize information from the work environment
Impeccable integrity and work ethic
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, organization and meticulousness
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
