Position(s) to be filled: 04 URBAN PLANNERS
A- Missions and main activities:
The Urban Planner contributes to the achievement of the objectives of his unit. It participates in the development of new districts, the restructuring of districts and the protection of public spaces.
B- Required profile:
  Training: Bac + 5 in town planning. Master in Urban Planning and Development
  Professional experience: one (01) year minimum;
  Type of experience: city planning
  Age: 25-40
  Gender: Indifferent

C- Major skills required (Be able to):
  To implement computer graphics knowledge and master computer-aided design and drawing software (CAD and DAO);
Coordinate and synthesize the work of other actors
Collect and interpret economic, demographic, land, sociological, physical and spatial data in the development of projects;
  Participate effectively in discussions or debates on development policies;
  Ensure the role of mediator between decision-makers and user defense associations;
D- Qualities and assets:
  Creative and pragmatic spirit,
Work under pressure and as a team, respecting time, resources and regulations,
Being rigorous and available,
Sense of responsibility;
Very scrupulous in respecting safety norms and standards, Accuracy of reasoning and method;
Have a sense of priorities and be able to show initiative, Demonstrate autonomy;
