CALL FOR INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CANDIDATES: OPERATIONAL CONTROLLER

In order to strengthen its staff, the Operational Control Department of ACEP Cameroon is recruiting internally and externally Operational Controllers (M/F).
Cities: The Center, Littoral, West, East and Adamaoua regions

Main mission:
The Operational Controller’s main mission is to ensure the compliance of the operations carried out by the operational teams based on internal procedures as well as legislative provisions and regulations in force.
Responsibilities:
Control the compliance of loan files and their archiving;
Check account opening files and all cash transactions;
Track and stop crates;
Ensure the verification of any regularization operation proposed by the operational staff:
Write the operational control reports and ensure the implementation of the recommendations Monitor the implementation of the recommendations resulting from the agency controls, following validation by the General Management ;
Conduct all investigations concerning cases of irregularities or embezzlement.

Required profile:
Minimum Bac +2/3 in accounting, Management sciences, Audit and management control, Banking and
Finance or other related discipline;
Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position within a microfinance for external candidates.
Skills required: Behavioral skills*:
Mastering the credit process: Integrity and sense of moral values;
Be able to assess and control risks; Customer orientation and results orientation; Mastering the microfinance environment and the
capacity for analysis, synthesis and resolution of COBAC regulations related to our activity: and other problems;
Be able to produce deliverable audit/control reports: Communication skills;
Be able to develop a mapping of Organization, methods and processes:
risks. Resistance to stress and self-control.
