The Cameroonian Association for Social Marketing (ACMS) is a non-governmental organization under Cameroonian law whose main mission is to improve the social situation of the Cameroonian population in a sustainable and measurable manner and to promote health. Thus, ACMS works in cooperation with the government and its public and private sector partners to deliver high-quality health programs, reaching all populations in need. For over twenty-five years, ACMS has provided the Cameroonian population with comprehensive, evidence-based public health interventions, including programs in reproductive health, malaria and HIV prevention among others.

ACMS is looking for candidates to fill the positions of Drivers (M/F).
Who are we recruiting?
Drivers will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of personnel in urban and rural environments.
Essential functions:
- Drive the Association’s vehicles in urban and rural areas as part of organized missions;
- Carry out a periodic check and diagnosis of the vehicle provided;
- Carry out repairs for basic vehicle breakdowns;
- Follow the distribution of the vehicle deposited in an approved garage;
- Maintain and update a vehicle log sheet daily;
- Methodically manage the fuel made available;
- Methodically complete a fuel replenishment form;
- Systematically enforce the wearing of seat belts;
- Respect speed limits;
- Participate in and monitor ACMS activities, various campaigns, as well as field surveys if requested;
- Create and maintain good relationships with local institutional partners (Government, NGOs, parapublic organizations);
- Prepare mission reports and monthly reports;
- Submit a monthly report on activities according to the current format no later than the last day of each month.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Have at least a BEPC, CAP or equivalent ;
- Hold a category B driving license ;
- Have at least three (03) years of experience in leading local and/or international NGOs;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- To be integrated ;
- Be able to demonstrate skills in human relations management and communication.

- Establish and maintain good relations with local institutional partners (Government, NGOs, parapublic organizations);
- Prepare mission reports and monthly reports;
- Submit a monthly report on activities according to the current format by the last day of each month.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Have at least a BEPC, CAP or equivalent;
- Hold a category B driver’s license;
- Have at least three (03) years’ driving experience with local and/or international NGOs;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Integrity;
- Demonstrated human relations and communication skills.
