FINAFRICA was founded in 2018 with the objective of building a benchmark player in inclusive finance and insurance in Africa, serving entrepreneurship and the economic and social development of the continent. It brings together in its network in Africa, companies, microfinance institutions and insurance companies.

FOCEP SA recruits customer service representatives as part of a pre-employment training course .

 

 

 

YOUR   MISSION.

Placed under the responsibility of the customer service representatives, the trainee customer service representative will be responsible for participating in and contributing to the development of the customer portfolio through the sale of the financial institution’s products and services.  Its main activities are  :

–        Participate in the prospecting and development of a client portfolio;

–        Intervene in the first level recovery process;

–        Participate in the sale of EMF products and services.

 

YOUR PROFILE.

You hold   a BAC+3/4/5 in banking and finance, accounting, economics, law, financial engineering or any other equivalent diploma.

You have at least 1 year of professional experience in the microfinance sector.

You have a mastery of the use of   the computer tool, Ms OFFICE software (WORD, EXCEL, etc…).

You have a strong writing and relational capacity, a spirit of synthesis, a great capacity for analysis.

You are proactive, rigorous and have an eye for detail.
