TEN BRANCH MANAGERS

GENERAL MISSION

Organize, lead and develop a profit center by implementing the bank’s commercial policy as defined by General Management with a view
to achieving results.

Activities
Undertake all commercial actions with a view to making the Agency profitable
• Manage the agency’s operating account to optimize its profitability.
• Follow banking, legal, tax and social regulations specific to its scope. JOIN US
Develop commercial activity and lead teams
Detect customer needs. propose new h to address banking services and products.
• Carry out customer follow-up and manage banking risks
• Productively manage the Human Capital made available
• Set individual and collective objectives, Deadline September 22, 2023 support and evaluate the performance of employees by specifying the candidate position.
• Ensure reporting to the hierarchy, write reports

PROFILE 
Have a level of study of at least Bac +3 in banking, finance, accounting, commerce, marketing, sales etc; Have at least 5 years of professional banking experience in the areas mentioned;

SKILLS TO BE
• Be honest, professional and rigorous
• Master the IT tool
