Recruitment notice: 10 Civil Engineers

DESCRIPTION

CREATIV GROUP investor support firm, is recruiting 10 civil engineers on behalf of one of its clients specializing in the real estate sector.
MISSIONS_
The main mission of the civil engineer is to coordinate the activities of construction sites, control project costs and ensure compliance with regulations according to requirements,
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
-Monitor and coordinate the various stakeholders on the site (the client, the consultant, architects, general contractors and subcontractors, specialists in the construction trades, governments and municipal representatives, etc.) to ensure that the final product will be delivered in accordance with engineering standards -Manage the coordination and administration of the project from the conceptual plan stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, performance testing, initial operations and closure of the main contract.

-Contribute as directed to the construction and logistics plan during pre-construction and planning. -Supervise the development of budgets and schedules, manage performance, report progress -Take steps to ensure that program/project objectives and schedules are met and work is executed within budget and according to schedules specifications.
-Attend all monitoring and coordination meetings. -Check and finalize contractual documents, evaluations and variations.
-Verify and approve certificates of completion. -Check the conformity of the drawings to Execution to obtain approval from the construction director. -Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards.
-Ensure document control for correspondence, submissions, transmissions, change orders, return charges, RFI, etc.
-Produce daily reports regarding teams, progress and problems.
Assist in the preparation of project closeout documents, including operation and maintenance manuals and execution documents
-Coordinate with accounting to verify supplier and subcontractor invoices.
-Compile and track material status log.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Be perfectly bilingual -Knowledge of the techniques for producing phasing plans, quantity plans and drafting profile books
-Knowledge of seismic calculations • Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent -Mastery in the field of site development, leveling, public service installations, erosion control, regulatory authorizations, -Skill in management and supervision
-Strong communication and relational skills

POSITION PROFILE
-Qualification: Minimum BAC + 5 in Civil Engineering, or any other equivalent -A certification in project management is an asset
-Experience: minimum 05 years of experience in a similar position in the sector of
