CALL FOR APPLICATIONS: LEGAL TRAINEES
As part of the deployment of its activities, the Legal Affairs and Litigation Department of ACEP Cameroon SA is recruiting young graduates (M/F) as part of an internship staff
: 10 Place of assignment: Douala – Yaoundé – Ebolowa – Kribi – Bertoua – N’Gaoundéré
Placed under the responsibility of a lawyer, the trainee’s main missions will be to participate in the recovery of debts and contribute to the advice and the permanent legal watch on the activities of ACEP Cameroon.
Principals Aetiyi.t4s:
• Participate in the legal analysis of loan files;
• Intervene in the process of recovering bad debts; Carry out due diligence on files under legal proceedings.
Skills required: Behavioral skills:
• Good knowledge of OHADA procedures; Integrity and sense of moral values;
• Knowledge of financing procedures Customer orientation; and legal assembly of loan files;
Communication skills;
• Knowledge of Team Spirit procedures; amicable and forced recovery of outstanding debts; Capacity for analysis and synthesis; Good knowledge of office tools: Sense of organization and rigour. Word and Excel.
• Minimum BAC +3/4 in Law;
• Having a first legal experience in the field of microfinance/banking, law firm, bailiff or notary is an asset.
