Recruitment notice: 10 Project Assistants and 05 Sales Technicians
RECRUITMENT NOTICE
1- Profile of the recruiting structure
A company based in the Republic of Benin, in West Africa, wishes to recruit
Sales Technicians, young Engineers, Technicians in Civil Engineering, Hydraulics,
Rural Development, Water Management Environment, Natural Resources Management, as Project Managers
and/or Country Development Manager (Business Developer) for prospecting, submission
of offers and execution of study or works contracts in the Republic of Cameroon and in
other countries of Central and Eastern Africa. She is looking for any female or
male person who would be interested in this opinion.
2- Job profiles
2-1- Five (5) sales technicians at Bachelor (BAC+3) or Master 1 (BAC+4) or Master 2 (
BAC+5) level in Commercial Marketing, Corporate Communication, Management and
Business Development, International Business, Human Resources Management or equivalent. They must
have confirmed professional experience of at least 5 years in a design and/or
works company.
2-2- Five (5) Project Assistants at Master 1 (BAC+4) or Master 2 (BAC+5) level in
environment, natural resource management, forestry, agronomy or equivalent. They must
have confirmed professional experience of at least 5 years in a Design Office.
2-3- Five (5) Project Assistants at Master 1 (BAC+4) or Master 2 (BAC+5) level in Civil
or Rural Engineering, Hydraulics. They must have confirmed professional experience of at least 4 years
in a Design and Construction Office for Buildings & Public Works.
3- Professional skills
– Be very available
– Ability to work in a team
– Be polite and courteous
– Know how to manage stress and be able to work under pressure and sometimes at late hours
– Ability to communicate easily
– Have a high degree of initiative, probity and personal motivation
– Have a great capacity for organization, adaptation and reactivity – Ability to anticipate
situations and take initiatives
– Know how to solve daily problems, monitor the progress of files, work in progress and
report
– Be dynamic, of good morality and be free from any professional and academic commitment
– Knowledge of IT for use of office automation and communication software
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocard, Achicad, etc.) and use of the Internet.
– Etc.
4- Composition of the application file
Those interested in this notice are requested to prepare and submit an application file
following the requirements below:
– a cover letter signed by the candidate,
– a complete Curriculum Vitae, detailing the candidate’s experience
– proof of acquired experience mentioned on the CV, in particular copies of
attestations and work certificates or any other document that can serve as verifiable proof; –
a copy of the required diploma(s), certificates and training attestations;
5- Dates and place of submission
The complete application files, including the required documents must be sent in a single
PDF file electronically to the email address lysedos2000@gmail.com in strict compliance with
the deadline date and time set at the latest late Friday September 29, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. (Cotonou time
).
NB: The working language is French for the French-speaking countries of Central Africa and English for
the English-speaking countries of Central and Eastern Africa. Mastery of both (2) languages is
an asset.
6- Recruitment procedures
Recruitment will take place in the following three (03) stages:
• a pre-selection phase based on file analysis;
• a maintenance phase;
• a contract negotiation phase.
