Recruitment notice: 35 DRIVER-PRE-HARVESTERS – EVENTY SARL
EVENTY SARL is an innovative company specializing in waste management through its flagship product MPROPRETE, a waste pre-collection, urban and industrial cleaning and maintenance service. Our mission is to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable environment in Yaoundé by optimizing the waste recovery chain.

POSITION AND MISSIONS  
We are looking for 35 Tricycle Pre-Collector Drivers to ensure daily operations. Key missions:  
-Technical driving: Maneuver a motorized tricycle safely according to the set routes.  

-Pre-collection: Ensure the collection of household waste (individuals/businesses) in the assigned neighborhoods.  
-Operational management: Check bins, report anomalies, and apply health protocols.  
-Customer service: Interact respectfully with customers and report incidents.  
-Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle (daily checks).  

 REQUIRED PROFILE  
– Driving license: Category A (motorcycle/tricycle) required, valid.  
– Experience: Driving a tricycle/motorcycle (1 year minimum), knowledge of the streets of Yaoundé highly appreciated.  
Skills:  
– Excellent physical condition (repetitive carrying of loads).  
– Punctuality, reliability and organizational skills.  

– Ability to work in a team and under pressure.  
Criteria:  
  – Age: 21 to 35 years old.  
  – Resident of Yaoundé (specify your district in the application).  
  – No criminal record.

– Stable contract: Permanent contract after trial period.

– Equipment: Work clothes, gloves and protective equipment provided.  
– Hours: Rotating work (8 a.m.-4 p.m.), Monday to Saturday.
