RECRUITMENT NOTICE:
AURA CAMEROUN SARL is a company specialized in the treatment of water intended for human consumption, for industrial use and in hospitals. It markets a variety of equipment, ranging from simple purifying filters to reverse osmosis filters.
As part of the execution of its activities, AURA CAMEROUN SARL is looking for:

• A Human Resources HR Manager
Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement HR strategies and projects corresponding to the company’s overall strategy
o Make the link in relations between management and staff, by processing requests, grievances and other issues
o Manage recruitment and selection processes
o Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human capital
o Develop and monitor strategies, systems, tactics and overall HR procedures throughout the organization
o Maintain a positive work environment
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that generates excellent results
o Maintain salary plans and benefit programs
o Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR figures
o Ensure legal compliance through human resources management

PROFILE
o BAC+3 minimum in Human Resources Management. With at least 2 years of experience.
QUALITIES REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
o Technical managerial and analytical skills
o Sense of organization, communication, persuasion and responsibility
o Organization, rigor and autonomy
o Availability and responsiveness
o Man/woman in the field
