ISAS SARL is a company operating in the industrial and infrastructure sector, mainly in engineering, services and distribution in Automation, Electricity, Home Automation, Instrumentation and supervision/SCADA systems.

Our current challenges are, firstly, the realization of our B2B activities and secondly, the development of our communication activities.
For this reason, ISAS SARL is recruiting A PRODUCT OWNER capable of supporting and stimulating this growth through the definition and implementation of marketing strategies.

 




 

NATURE OF THE POSITION
The Product Owner’s role is to translate new prospects and opportunities into markets, then monitor his entire portfolio of prospects, customers and markets on a daily, scheduled and periodic basis. He ensures that the tasks he performs on a daily basis are as detailed in the process sheet, as well as the corresponding procedures and operating methods

HIERARCHICAL POSITIONING

The PRODUCT OWNER, under the supervision of the General Director and will participate in prospecting, marketing activities and sales.

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The PRODUCT OWNER will have the main tasks:

 In terms of commercial activity:

– Carry out 10 Prospecting per week / Customer proximity
– Sending offers to customers
– Reminders / Customer synchronization
– Scheduling of reminders

 

 

– Stand report up meeting
– Prospecting report, customer follow-up/offer/receipt/payment, follow-up & customer proximity in the system
– Carry out at least 1 personal action of approximately 20 minutes each month to revive the corporate culture (Mission, Vision, Values , Processes, Procedures, Operating Methods)
– Present solutions and proposals for different sales tools on the effective development of commercial opportunities for the company
– Respect and strict monitoring of the indications in the process sheet, procedures, operating methods
– Carry out sales to the tune of 20 million every month
– Propose marketing strategy every semester
– Provide regular updates on market competition analysis
 

 

This position is based in Douala and will include frequent travel to Cameroon, mainly to Douala and in the Center and Littoral regions.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

 Training
Training in commerce or marketing at Bacc + 3 level minimum.
Additional training in communications appreciated.
 Experience
1-2 years of experience in B2B sales positions.
Knowledge of the electricity sectors would be an asset.
The Sales and Communication Manager:
– Has sufficient mastery of commercial and communication tools to develop strategies to achieve the objectives of his department.
– Takes a strong part in field activities
– He organizes his work autonomously and ensures permanent reporting to his managers.

Required skills:

– Strong skills in management and development of a B2B client portfolio
– Strong commercial communication skills
– Fluency in written and spoken French and English
– Very strong writing skills, mainly in French
– Perfect command of IT tools

Required qualities

– Excellent oral and written presentation skills
– Rigor, autonomy, organization and great punctuality
– Sense of human relations, listening, diplomacy and humility
– Sense of initiative and strength of proposal
– Ability to analysis and synthesis
– Integrity

CONDITIONS
– Permanent contract with probationary period of 3 months renewable once.
– End of year bonus based on individual and collective results and performances
