AS PART OF ITS MISSIONS, THE Mérina HOTEL OPERATING AND
RESTAURANT COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR ITS SERVICES
“A RECEPTIONIST IN CHARGE OF RESERVATIONS”
Under the responsibility of the
Reception Manager, the
Receptionist in charge of reservation
will
mainly have the following missions:
– Processing reservations by email,
telephone or box to box
– Instant entry of reservations
on software
– Daily monitoring of reservations and
customer requirements     – Verification of room
availability     – Satisfaction of the requirements of the customer base

– Efficient management of
work equipment

PROFILE WANTED
– Min. BTS in hotel/restaurant management
or any other equivalent diploma
– Min 02 years of experience in a
similar function
– Speak and write
French and English perfectly
– Have good knowledge of
IT tools
– Mastery of EZEE software is an asset
– Integrity
– Probity and dynamism
– Punctuality and sense of listening and
communication

– Resistance to stress
