Recruitment notice: a Rooving Cashier
We are looking for a Rooving Cashier
ASSIGNMENT :
The responsibility of the Rooving Cashier will be to replace the cashiers in the distribution centers during situations of unavailability (Annual Leave / Maternity, Resignation, Illness).
KNOWLEDGE
Academic level: Baccalaureate supplemented by training in accounting and management
Professional experience: at least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
KNOW-HOW
• Knowledge of general accounting
• Good work organization skills
• Good Communication and Activity Reporting Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Analysis and synthesis skills
• Rigor, method, responsiveness
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
• Sense of confidentiality
ACTIVITIES :
– Collect payments made by sellers and other customers and issue collection receipts;
– Disburse funds for payment to third parties;
– Update fogs and enter cash movements in SAP;
– Permanently check cash in cash and reconcile with fog balances;
– Ensure the clearance of provisional cash vouchers;
– Enter and edit the daily cash flow;
– Update the daily (electronic) cash situation;
– Edit and report the state of revenue and expenses entered in the system;
– Classify, carefully archive and secure documents (stubs, fogs, printed statements);
– Report any anomalies noted to the hierarchy;
– Carry out all professional work in relation to the role assigned by the hierarchy.
