A commercial company based in Yaoundé is looking for a motivated and adaptable Commercial Assistant. Position open urgently. Counting will be done as applications are received.

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Commercial Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

–        Collect as much information as possible concerning the products, the distribution circuit, the customers, the competition and the market;

–        sell and sell items perfectly;

–        Manage customer files with the software made available to him;

–        Ensuring customer follow-up and loyalty;

–        Supervise and track orders;

 

 

 

–        Increase the client portfolio;

–        Assist in the development of technical and administrative offers;

–        Process and write draft responses to the various letters from or to suppliers;

–        Follow the after-sales service;

–        Supervise the activity of the sellers at the point of sale.

 

 

Candidate profile

–        M/F from 30 years old

–        A minimum of 2 years experience

–        Minimum bac +2 in commercial action, business communication, business management, marketing or equivalent diploma

–        Mastery of the Microsoft package

–        Good resistance to stress

–        Ability to work in a team

–        Knowledge of the use of SAGE

–        Immediate availability
