CONTRAX EMPLOIS SERVICE SARL is looking for an experienced sales manager with the profile below:
THE MISSIONS OF THE POSITION:
He achieves, or even exceeds, the commercial objectives (quantitative and qualitative) that are set for him by meeting the needs of customers and prospects, in a specific sector and in compliance with the company’s commercial strategy.
ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED IN THE JOB:
- Manage a client portfolio;
- Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them a solution adapted to a request or a customer problem;
- Promote the offer of services or products for which it is responsible;
- Develop the activity with prospects;
- Report on its commercial activity;
- Prospecting and retaining potential new customers;
- Development of a commercial proposal in accordance with the commercial policy and the commercial action plan;
- Develop the supply budget and the sales budget
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS NECESSARY FOR THE JOB:
- Sales techniques ;
- Negotiation techniques;
- Knowledge of the company’s products and/or services;
- General knowledge of the IT sector and the associated profession;
- Sense of service ;
- Communication ;
- Client orientation ;
- Initiative.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED DIPLOMAS:
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE : 1 year with a good knowledge of the lubricants market throughout the national territory.
DIPLOMA : BACC + 2 and More
SEX: Male.
