The Cameroon Sugar Company (SOSUCAM) is looking for the needs of its services A SECURITY SECTION HEAD
TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDD
POSITION: MANAGER

MAIN ROLES AND MISSIONS

Supervise and control security activities on the site, order corrective measures;
Ensure the conduct of awareness-raising, information and reminders of instructions;
Ensure the operational permanence of all the human and material security resources assigned to the site;
Ensure the application of security directives, instructions and procedures and propose improvements;
Assist the Security Director in the coordination of security measures in conjunction with partners;
Ensure a Security watch to maintain the social climate of actions

Participate in the relevant implementation to fight against malicious acts;
Assist the Security Director in leading the crisis unit.
PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE

BAC or equivalent level in Risk Management;
05 years of professional experience;
Have a solid experience in business security;
Mastery of the Windows office pack (word and excel minimum, messaging tool).
Have a sense of organization;
Have good interpersonal skills and be creative;
Have self-control and natural authority:
Be rigorous and autonomous.
