With a view to promoting its services in Cameroon, AN INTERNATIONAL HIGHER SCHOOL in Cameroon (Douala), is looking for an experienced ACADEMIC MANAGER for its services .

YOUR MISSIONS

• Ensure school life within the establishment;
• Ensure the proper development of studies through the reception of students in classrooms or study rooms;
• Operationalize the decisions taken by the school board and by the various teachers;
• Promote exchanges or relationships between the institution, parents and students;

 

 

TASKS

• Supervise and ensure the completion of students’ administrative documents (monitoring absences, school report cards);
• Ensure the role of ensuring the application of the internal regulations;
• Ensure the preparation, planning and organization of the various units provided;
• Monitor student attendance at class, punctuality, check supporting documents and inform parents;
• Develop or have developed all necessary working and monitoring documents (notes, presentations, meeting minutes, etc.);
• Organize an educational sequence in conjunction with several teachers;

SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALITIES

• Bac + 05 minimum in the field of education would be an asset or any other equivalent diploma;
• Minimum 03  years of experience in a similar position;
• Mastery of IT tools (office pack);
• Be social with good interpersonal skills;
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values ​​of the company;
• Know how to manage a team.

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Level of experience: Experienced;
• Years of experience: between 03 years and 05 years minimum;
• Minimum academic level: MASTER;
