PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY
Public limited company with Board of Directors, with a capital of 500,000,000 F CFA,
FINANCE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMEMNT CAMEROUN SA (FIDEV SA) is a
2nd category Micro Finance establishment, headquartered in Yaoundé.
CONTEXT
We are therefore looking for an Account Manager to support the Agency
in our market penetration strategy.
PRESENTATION OF OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES RELATED TO THE POST
I- Objectives / Summary of the post
Under the authority of the Head of Agency:
He is responsible for the commercial mission of the agency. More specifically, he is responsible for the
growth in number and quality of the Agency’s portfolio.
II- Responsibilities
➢ Lead projects and propose marketing and sales actions, and participate in communication
to ensure customer satisfaction with prospects for
economic development for the company;
➢ Proceed to the opening of accounts;
➢ Ensures that the account opening fees have actually been charged to the client;
➢ Update savings books;
➢ Process salary advance forms;
➢ Update client files;
➢ Monitor client portfolios (prospecting; follow-up and retention)
➢ Establish and sign account opening and closing forms;
➢ Ensure the security of account opening operations;
➢ Archiving client files;
➢ Study and analyze account certification requests and other miscellaneous
customer requests;
➢ Manage portfolio concerns (complaints, complaints, etc.);
➢ Receive and analyze credit files;
➢ Arrangement of loan agreement agreements and taking of guarantees;
➢ Maintain and update the register of guarantees deposited by customers;
➢ Archive and secure the guarantees deposited by customers;
➢ Follow up on reimbursements and debt collection;
➢ Establish Customer follow-up letters;
➢ Prospect new Clients each month (transfers and sale of currencies, etc.);
➢ Prospect each month and open new accounts (employees, cheque,
business current, savings);
➢ Participate in group surveys.
➢ Execute all other actions and tasks recommended by the hierarchy.
PROFILE
Age / Gender: Not specified
Diploma / Level of study:
• Minimum BAC+3 level training in commerce/management or science
economics
• Good knowledge of commercial law
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the finance sector
Skills and experience
• Mastery of products sold in MFIs;
• Good command of the computer tool;
• Sense of responsibility and organization;
• Good writing and communication skills;
• Good knowledge of office automation and management software
• Be bilingual (English/French)
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
