ACCOUNTANT YAOUNDE – Hospitality M/F

 

 

WORK EXPERIENCE  IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY  REQUIRED 

 

Reporting to the General Manager of the hotel, you will be in charge of the following missions:

Missions:

• Management of suppliers

Checking          supplier balances

• Monitoring of regulations
• Management of down payment requests

Control          / validation of supplier regulations

 

 

 

 

 

• Customer management
• Monitoring of receipts / aged balance / hotel cash registers

Follow          -up of customer invoices / various re-invoicing

• Management of customer refunds

 

• Management of monthly and annual closings
• Verification of monthly reports (balance sheets and income statement)
• Exchanges with directors and the accounting firm
• Involvement in the annual closings

 

 

 

• Meeting delivery deadlines
• Miscellaneous assignments

Preparation          of bank transfers

• Follow-up of fixed assets (Budget and fixed asset sheets)

DSF          _

• Accompaniment of the directors, explanation of the processes

Hotel opening expense          tracking

 

You are …

You show rigor and autonomy in your tasks. Ideally from an accounting course with a BTS or a license and 2-5 years of experience in the hotel sector
