To strengthen our presence in the field and better satisfy our customers, we are looking for Assistant Accountant.

 




 

MAIN MISSION(S):
• Assist and support management in the daily management of the company.
• Ensure the accounting of the agency
• Ensure the interface between service providers and management,
• Ensure the follow-up of personnel files.
• Designing and implementing management methods and tools to guarantee the efficient use of company resources and the exercise of steering and control functions by management;
• Ensure measurement of activities, products/services, costs and results
• Assist in strategic and operational management and decision-making.

 

 

 

EXPECTED ACTIVITIES / TASKS:
• Assist management in all administrative initiatives:
• Organize appointments and daily planning;
• Organize travel for the director and managers
• Investigate and monitor professional files;
• Prepare and organize meetings (convocations, preparation of files, room reservation, etc.);
• Process and forward decisions and memos;
• Ensure the transmission of contracts internally and externally;
• Write reports, reports, notes, etc. for management
• Draw up a monthly statement of the company’s accounting situation;
• Record supplier invoices

 

 

 

• Monitor supplier debts and their payments;
• Ensuring the collection of customer debts;
• Contribute to the budgetary process and participate in the development of tools to help with budgetary choice;
• Design, implement and use management tools: dashboards, indicators (activity, cost, management, financial), budgets, etc.;
• Participate in the preparation of statistical and tax declarations and monthly electronic declarations;
• Contribute to organizational and financial monitoring;
• Participate in meetings as scheduled and agreed with management;
• Carry out any other specific activities/tasks ordered by the hierarchy.

Functional and relational links
He/she is placed under the hierarchical authority of management and works very closely with the deputy director.
He/she will work closely with the support and business services of the Dreams Events Design network, more particularly with all the staff, namely the sales representatives, the media planners and the advertising manager, but also with the graphic designer, the community manager and the videographer, etc.
Associated activities
• Contribute to the implementation, cohesion, application and monitoring of administrative and financial processes
• Contribute to the reflection on the financial evolution of the agency
Special conditions of exercise
Include his work within the framework of the imperatives linked to the exponential evolution of the agency and the requirements of schedules related to administration and financial management.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Main skills
Knowledge:

• Knowledge of accounting management software
• Knowledge of classic office tools
• Knowledge of the organization of procurement procedures related to the field of activity
• Knowledge of its missions, its structural organization and its operation
• Good general knowledge
• Strict application of the rules for archiving and making data available.
Operational skills (know-how):
• Mastery of current software required
• Mastery of classic office tools
• Mastery of the rules of business accounting and the legal and financial framework
• Knowledge of resource management
• Rigor and organization in respecting deadlines and procedures

Required qualities (knowledge):
• Being organised, methodical, reliable.
• Knowing how to work in a team
• Having a sense of contact and negotiation,
• Capacities of initiative, autonomy and sense of responsibility
• Possessing an ability to adapt, an ability to work within tight deadlines

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE REQUIRED:
Level of training: BAC+ 3 in accounting, auditing or management or any related discipline
Experience: 2/5 years in Accounting assistance, management of operational teams
