Job Description
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a global non-governmental humanitarian, relief and development organization. Founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein, the IRC offers emergency aid and long-term assistance to refugees and those displaced by war, persecution or natural disasters. The IRC currently works in over 40 countries and 22 US cities where it resettles refugees and helps them become self-reliant. Comprised of first responders, aid workers, international development experts, healthcare providers and educators, the IRC has helped millions of people around the world since its founding in 1933.
1. Contents
The trainee Adm. HR is a position within administration and human resources. This person will be responsible for supporting the team, updating administration and HR tracker data. She/he will also support documentation and preparations.
2. Main Responsibilities
· Make all photocopies of documents,
· Make the digitization of all documents of the HR division.
· Perform the archiving of all human resources administration files.
· Properly file all HR administration documents.
· Logistical preparation of the HR meetings of the base
· Assists in the execution of procedures for registering staff at the CNPS, declaration of hiring and termination
· Entering certain data relating to HR.
· Serving correspondence
· Assisting in the recruitment process: summoning candidates, administrative hiring, etc.
· Any other function or task delegated by the HR Manager.

· Supervisor: Human Resources Assistant
· Others: HR Officer
Duration of the contract: 03 months (Renewable if necessary)
Other internal and/or external contacts:
· Internal: All staff
· External: This position will require close collaboration with IRC staff, vendors and other networks, etc.

Profile
· Undergraduate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources management or related field.
· Maintain attention to detail and coordinate multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

· Ability to multi-task.
· Team spirit
· Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Word
· Good command of the French language, and English an asset
