Transport is one of Egis’ 3 Business Lines with a turnover of more than €600M per year. It covers all engineering activities aimed both at promoting, designing and implementing multimodal transport solutions promoting mobility as well as at developing and transforming territories sustainably.
Description of the mission
1. Management
Coordinate the accounting, purchasing and toll audit service
Define the allocations of the various services with the heads of the departments;
Be a force of proposal on the evolution of the internal organization of the service
Ensure the supervision of the collaborators placed under his authority and participate in the decisions which determine their professional development;
2. Operation
Develop budgets
Ensure compliance and readability of transactions processed in expenditure and revenue;
Ensure the proper coordination between general and budgetary accounting
Write all the documents and procedures applicable to accounting, purchasing and toll control
3. Control
Ensure reconciliation of the physical and accounting inventory
Control toll reconciliation
4. Reporting
Ensure regular reporting
Profile
Higher education diploma in management, accounting/finance,
Significant experience in an RAF position in an SME
Experience of team management
Skills required in audit and finance
Organization and rigor
Sense of ethics
