Recruitment notice: Administrative Assistant
Position to be filled: Administrative Assistant (ve) bilingual (eng/fr) M/F – Yaoundé
We are recruiting one (1) bilingual Administrative Assistant on behalf of one of our clients in the outsourcing sector.
Missions
- You are responsible for assisting the Operations Director in the following tasks: management of incoming/outgoing calls, mail management, writing of weekly reports, negotiation of contracts with partners (suppliers and customers).
Eligibility Criteria
- Be at most 33 years old in 2023.
- Be bilingual French/English (German is a plus)
- Know how to negotiate sales contracts
- Know how to express yourself with good diction.
- Mastery of office tools (MS office) and Internet Outlook.
- Minimum Bac+2 in management, economics, marketing or other discipline with mastery of administrative tasks.
- Be disciplined, understand quickly, be persuasive.
- Able to work under pressure
