We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant within the company Global Solution Consulting

 

 




 

Tasks

You are under the responsibility of the Managing Director:

  • Welcome and inform other employees
  • Write letters and other documents
  • Classify and archive documents
  • Managing the General Manager’s agenda
  • Organize meetings, symposiums and gatherings
  • Inform and guide users and staff

 

 

 

Required profile

  • Experience of 02 years minimum in a similar position;
  • Bilingual French/English;
  • Training: Bac+2 in Executive Secretariat or equivalent required;
  • Good presentation, good interpersonal skills;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Very good knowledge of office techniques
  • Excellent oral expression
  • Mastery of the pack Office ;
  • Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
  • Weekly working time: 40 hours;
  • Sector of activity: Marketing.
