Description of the offer
We are recruiting an Administrative Assistant within the company Global Solution Consulting
Tasks
You are under the responsibility of the Managing Director:
- Welcome and inform other employees
- Write letters and other documents
- Classify and archive documents
- Managing the General Manager’s agenda
- Organize meetings, symposiums and gatherings
- Inform and guide users and staff
Required profile
- Experience of 02 years minimum in a similar position;
- Bilingual French/English;
- Training: Bac+2 in Executive Secretariat or equivalent required;
- Good presentation, good interpersonal skills;
- Good writing skills;
- Very good knowledge of office techniques
- Excellent oral expression
- Mastery of the pack Office ;
- Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
- Weekly working time: 40 hours;
- Sector of activity: Marketing.
