Advisor Attached to the General Management is needed to work at HSD-Melt group.
Responsibilities
– Assist the General Manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy and procedures
– Assist the General Manager in setting up and improving the company’s regulations and management system
– Collating and analyzing the financial report and make suggestions to the CEO
– Collect and analyze the report from the various departments and make suggestions to the General Manager
– Organize and coordinate information and external internal actions, sometimes confidential, related to the operation of the structure.
– Supervise employees by ensuring they follow company rules and customer service standards.
– Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.
– Act as a liaison between frontline employees and the CEO. Motivate them to
work productively
– Arrange GM appointments and meetings
– Deal with any issues in a timely manner
– Be attentive to customer complaints, make suggestions to them and ensure that the reaction will be made in a timely manner
– Follow other tasks assigned by the GM
– Participate in operations related to international purchases
Educational Requirements
– Training: BAC + 4 to 5, Master in Management / Management
Experience Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
Additional Requirements
Be a support for the General Manager regarding all administrative concerns and, in general, assist him in all aspects of his work in order to save him time and efficiency.
