The SUCCESS CONSULTS firm   is recruiting for one of its clients a booming cosmetics company based in Douala 01 AGENCY DIRECTOR for its Douala branch with a view to developing its activities.

POSITION MISSIONS:

• Develop the company’s commercial activities,
• Manage human resources towards performance,

 

 

 

POSITION ACTIVITIES

• Contribute to the development of the company’s turnover,
• Design the marketing and business development strategy,
• Coordinate the communication and digital communication strategy,
• Strictly ensure the loyalty of clients in the portfolio,
• Manage   work teams (around forty) and external service providers,
• Organize and plan activities   within the company,
• Organize   recruitment, staff   development if necessary,
• Monitor   stock status,
• Ensure the production of all periodic reports and dashboards required by the hierarchy,

 

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Woman exclusively between 30 and 40 years old,
• Min Bac + 2/3 in marketing, management, HR, accounting or equivalent,
• Min 05-7 years of professional experience in managing an agency or profit center with positive results,
• Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams,
• Very good knowledge of the beauty, cosmetic, well-being environment,
• Very good mastery of digital marketing,
• Experience in event management (asset),
• Proficiency in the use of Word and Excel,
• Very good physical presentation, clean, orderly;
• Rigorous, results-oriented, capable of making decisions,

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
