JOB: AGENCY MANAGER
MAIN MISSION
Develop and make the agency’s portfolio profitable
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
o Bac+4 in Management, Finance, Banking, Currency or any related field o Minimum experience of three (03) years in a similar position or five (05) years in quality of Account Manager in the banking sector o Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset
MAIN ACTIVITIES
o Supervise the granting of sound credits o Mobilize resources o Manage the Sector’s client business o Ensure the renewal of credit files commitments and propose new competitions o Ensure follow-up activities
SKILLS REQUIRED
O Good knowledge of financial analysis o Good knowledge of banking products o Mastery of banking techniques o Mastery of commercial techniques o Good writing skills o Mastery of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) o Integrity o Leadership/ autonomy/ innovation o Organization/ method / rigor o Analysis / synthesis / results orientation o Interpersonal skills / ability to listen
