YOUR MAIN MISSIONS :

Supervise and lead a team of amicable collection managers to achieve the set objectives;
Ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the team’s performance, by implementing key performance indicators;
Develop and implement effective amicable recovery strategies to maximize results;
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Legal and the agency network, to resolve complex customer issues;
Ensure ongoing coaching of team members;
Update and adapt procedures for recovering unpaid debts according to legal developments and difficult cases encountered;
Ensure the documentation of recovery actions in the dedicated unpaid tracking file;
Check payment notification letters as well as their notification to unpaid customers;
Participate in recovery actions aimed at reducing portfolio at risk;
Participate in risk management through control of the quality of guarantees provided by borrowers;
Carry out any other task entrusted by your superiors.

 

 

 

Profile:

 Required profile:

Bac+4 level in Law/Taxation.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in debt collection
Proficiency in drafting documents with legal implications and procedural acts (order to pay, service of order to pay, letter of forfeiture of term, letter of security information, forfeiture with summons to pay pay, request for registration of judicial mortgage).
Good understanding of the legal/litigation environment in terms of customer relations.
Good knowledge of law (private, public, social).
Good computer skills.
