French academic institution based in Cameroon is looking for services:
An Academic Officer, position based in Yaoundé.
MISSIONS AND TASKS
His main missions will be to:
– Ensure the organization of school life within the establishment
– Ensure the proper functioning of studies Reception of students in the study room or class Call and control of absences in Study Conduct of study time
– Contribute to the organization and implementation of personalized assistance Punctual assistance and ongoing assistance Use of internal educational resources (human and material) Self-assessment

Tasks will consist of:
– Follow and fill in the administrative and correspondence documents of the students (follow-up of absences, school report cards)
– Monitor the behavior of the students and control the application of the rules of procedure, the safety instructions, the rules of collective life
– Carry out the procedures for reception and monitoring of students during intercourse, outings, permanence
– Monitor punctuality, attendance of students in class, check supporting documents and inform parents
– Observe and direct the dynamics between young students
– Organize an educational sequence in conjunction with one or more teachers

REQUIRED PROFILE
• Bac +3 minimum in the field of education would be an asset or any other equivalent diploma;
• Experience two (02) years minimum in a similar position
• Mastery of the computer tool (Pack Office);
• Being social with good interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of communication methods
• Be able to adapt to the ethics and values ​​of the company.
