Job Description
We are looking for an experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of accounting principles and procedures and experience with ERP software and Microsoft Suite. The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
– Manage all accounting transactions
– Prepare budget forecasts
– Publish financial statements in a timely manner
– Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings
– Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
– Ensure timely bank payments
– Calculation of taxes and preparation of tax returns
– Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
– Reporting on the financial health and liquidity of the company
– Audit of transactions and financial documents
– Maintain confidentiality of financial data
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
– 3+ years of accounting experience
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
– Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Suite
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail
