The Pasteur Center of Cameroon (CPC) is recruiting for the service of an Accounting Officer (Internal Auditor).

Position: Accounts Executive (Internal Auditor).
Status: Category II/A (National Collective Pharmacy Agreement), full-time, two-year fixed-term contract, including a 4-month trial period.

Venue: Cameroon Pasteur Center (CPC), General Management, Management Control and Internal Audit Department, Yaoundé.
Mission: To give the CPC an assurance on the degree of control of its operations by providing the General Management with advice to improve them and contribute to creating added value. The auditor verifies the accuracy of organizational or financial information provided to company managers. As such, he is responsible for:
Main activities:
Drafting the Internal Audit Charter;
Develop the internal audit plan and ensure its implementation;
Develop and update risk mapping;
Manage annual audit programs;
Conduct internal audit missions;

Control the execution and compliance of audit and organization work;
Prepare recommendations for the improvement of internal control procedures;
Monitor compliance with management rules and procedures;
Contribute to the development and development of standards within the operational units;
Assist the operational departments and services; Develop specific procedures
Write and update procedures manuals;
Control the application of procedures, rules and strategic decisions
Internal control of the regularity of administrative, accounting and financial management operations
Act as a Business Partner for operational and functional entities in the achievement of their missions and objectives;

Profile sought
v/ Bac + 4/5 (Accounting, Finance, Management, Control and Audit); s/ Knowledge of internal audit and risk analysis; v/ Knowledge of OHADA legislation;
Have a professional experience of at least 07 years in internal audit and/or management control;
A CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), DPAI (Professional Diploma in Internal Audit) certification would be an asset.
