As part of the finalization of the in-depth feasibility study for the establishment of the central purchasing office. , R&A+ research
An expert in business administration with the following profile:
– Training at Bac +4 level at least in commerce and marketing or business administration;
– At least five (05) years of general experience in business administration;
– Have participated in at least one (01) mission to set up or reform or manage the purchasing function, during the last five (05) years;
– Competence in public procurement and/or public procurement would be an asset;
– Experience in setting up or monitoring/controlling or auditing purchasing groups would be an asset;
– Have the ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the management of a public purchasing function in order to propose areas for optimizing the process and adapting it to the competition and the national and international commercial environment,
– Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
Fluency in French and/or English;
Computer skills
