MAIN MISSIONS:
• Support the professions in defining and framing needs; • support total coverage of the bank’s business processes by procedures and coordinate the availability and accessibility of banking repositories to users;
• Manage the process of creating/revising procedures and standards, relying on your business resources and updating the maps of procedures, processes and authorizations
• Implement the recommendations of internal and external control entities. relating to the improvement or security of the bank’s business processes. to Compliance with regulatory texts
• Organize the procedures validation committee and manage the secretariat; • Drive and coordinate initiatives and projects for continuous improvement or reengineering of business processes under supervision;
Prepare and deploy change management actions (awareness raising, training, communication etc.

PROFILE:
• Bac +4/5 in Quality Management, engineering or business school or university equivalent with a specialization in Banking/Finance and/or Internal Audit
• Mastery of French and/or English;
• 3 to 5 years in Banking/Finance, audit, Quality Management • Quality certification, business process management would be an asset
