Recruitment notice: AREA SALES EXECUTIVE

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for an (01) AREA SALES EXECUTIVE for one of its subsidiaries based in N’Gaoundéré .

The main missions of the AREA SALES EXECUTIVE are:

–          Manage and develop the key account customer portfolio while ensuring   that its turnover and collection objectives are achieved;

–          Recruit and retain new partners,

–          Ensure sales administration and updating of partners’ administrative documents,

–          Support the sales force in the field and develop the skills of its employees.

–          Guarantee the digital and weighted distribution of our SKUs in the sales network according to the different sales channels selected;

 

 




–          Guarantee the achievement of our PICOS (Picture of visibility) visibility standards;

 Activities

SALES AND MARKETING

–       Ensure the digital and weighted distribution of all products in the portfolio;

–       Ensure optimal coverage of the different distribution routes;

–       Ensure the activation of sales vectors (Quality, Availability, Visibility, Price, Promotion, Persuasion);

–       Be an ambassador for the company’s brands and work to develop their notoriety.

–       Monitor   the world class implementation of our PICOS (Picture of visibility) standards;

–       Highlight the PICOS scores of your area and put in place contingency plans;

ACCOUNTANTS

–       Ensure the execution of collections and monitoring of payment schedules…;

–       Compliance with the maintenance of commercial documents and reporting deadlines   (BC, BL, Invoice, PCR, Check and copy, etc.).

 

 

CONTROLS

–       Observe scrupulous compliance with   product sales and withdrawal procedures.

MANAGEMENT

–       Organize and optimize your team’s working time (development or control of your team’s schedules, distribution of tasks, adaptation according to traffic);

–       Organize regular team meetings in order to relay information to management;

–       Ensure the mobilization of teams according to the commercial strategy;

–       Delegate based on the experience of your staff. ;

–       Evaluate the training needs of its staff.

PROFILE

–           Academic level: Bac + 3 in Marketing Commerce and Sales management or any other equivalent diploma;

–           Professional experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position (minimum);

–           B and/or A license MANDATORY .

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS

–          Good knowledge of open market habits;

–          Good knowledge of management techniques;

–          Ease of handling funds;

–          Acute sense of service and contact (multiple contacts)
