POSITION: AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVES (ASR) (M/F)

 

 

 

TYPE OF CONTRACT; CDI
MISSIONS:
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan of the area
– Achieve the objectives of volume, market share and distribution as agreed in our market strategy.
– Build a solid relationship with customers in his area
– Have a good relationship with market partners
SKILLS REQUIRED:
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Academic level: Baccalaureate +2 (preferably a business school)
– Professional experience: 02 years of experience minimum in a similar position

 

 

 

SKILLS;
– Knowledge of sales techniques
– Strategic vision
– Perfect knowledge of the company’s market
– Mastery of distribution, sales and promotion techniques
Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
Good organizational and planning skills

 

 

KNOW HOW TO BE:
Is a force of proposal and initiative
– Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the objectives set – Rigour, sense of organization and work autonomy
– Sense of priorities and organization – Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations
Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure
