OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION: To provide the necessary support to the implementation of activities included in the Health District Health Development Plan.
IN PARTICULAR, YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mission 1: Ensure the monitoring and control of program activities
Mission 2: Participate in the logistical and administrative management of the program
Mission 3: Ensure the compilation of data and the development of program activity reports
Mission 4: Participate in internal and external coordination
DIPLOMAS/LEVEL OF STUDIES/EXPERIENCE:
– Higher education diploma in Health (Bac+3 minimum): Doctor, Registered Nurse, Nurse, Higher Diploma in Public Health
– Professional experience in the supervision of primary health care activities including mastery of health system strengthening activities such as the development plan health system and WASH activities
– Experience with ACF and in the same position would be an asset
REQUIRED SKILLS:
– Excellent knowledge of the national health policy and national guidelines for the treatment of childhood illnesses, WASH including waste management, drug supply in force in Cameroon.
– Experience in the health information system, WASH activities and supply of drugs and consumables and epidemiological surveillance and refugee movements integrated into the Cameroonian health system is highly desirable – Professional experience in the supervision
of primary health care activities including data collection and analysis;
– Good knowledge of care protocols (IMCI, PCIMAS, SRMNE, WASH including the WHO PCI score card)
– Good knowledge of ISDC
– Good knowledge of PDSD
– Experience of at least 3 years as a professional with experience in public health and/or project management, team management
– Ethics and professionalism;
– Very good interpersonal skills
– Experience in training;
– Computer skills (Word – Excel – Power point)
– Communication: listening and observation skills
– Fluency in French
– Knowledge of English would be an asset

– Be physically fit to travel in the field (80%).
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
