The Center for International Training and Certifications-CEFRITECH is an establishment of excellence for professional training in the fields of Management , IT and Sustainable Development (CFP GDDI) in Cameroon. For more than 6 years, CEFRITECH has been offering practical training based on MINEFOP benchmarks and the skills needs of companies in the private, parapublic and public sectors. Our students obtain a Professional Qualification Diploma (DQP) or a Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP) issued by the Cameroonian government through the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP) Thus, each year, CEFRITECH provides companies and administrations with qualified, versatile and immediately operational professionals. In parallel, CEFRITECH organizes capacity building seminars for workers.

To strengthen its team, CEFRITECH is recruiting an Assistant in charge of training.

ASSIGNMENTS:

Implement and monitor educational actions (course planning, development and implementation of educational projects, production of educational tools, development of new training programs based on changes in the environment and CEFRITECH’s objectives.

Intervene on the methods and content of any training, workshop or seminar developed within CEFRITECH
Guide and advise trainers towards teaching methods specific to the APC
Welcoming new learners and ensuring their proper integration
Organize continuous checks and annual reviews
Promote CEFRITECH CFP GDDI through new media
Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports of its activities
REQUIRED PROFILE :

Bac+3 in a relevant field
Have a good knowledge of the vocational training environment in Cameroon
Be organized, honest, rigorous and punctual
Have a high sense of work planning
Have a good knowledge of computers
