People Project Division Finance SA EMF of the 2nd category is seeking for its services a candidate for the position below
Position: Assistant in the Training and Project Study Division (M/F) Location: Garoua – Cameroon
Entrance in office: As soon as possible
Missions I Responsibilities I Activities
Placed under the authority of the head of the Study Training and Project division he/she is responsible for •
Participate in the definition and implementation of growth strategies for the division Propose projects to promote PeFi’s assets • Assist the

Division Head in supervising the activities of study and project managers; Participate in the establishment of a monitoring system, data analysis and monitoring of lobbying actions
Propose objectives to be achieved to the various partners and indicate to them the development imperatives;
Produce an assessment of the various projects, their scope and propose areas for improvement. Skills I Requirements I Qualities
Very good knowledge of IT tools (Word, Excel. Powerpoint, etc.); Able to process information confidentially: Bilingual English/French
Managerial and commercial skills;
Relational and editorial skills
Organization, rigor
Mastery of the local language
Ability to adhere to the principles and procedures of PeFi Candidate profile
Years of experience: Between 2 to 3 years
Minimum Academic Level: Bac + 2 in Project Management or equivalent
