ASSISTANT TO THE HEAD OF STORE DEPARTMENT (M/F) / DEPUTY WAREHOUSE MANAGER

MISSION OF THE FUNCTION:

Under the responsibility of the Warehouse Manager, to whom he reports directly, the Deputy Store Manager assists the Warehouse Manager in setting up implementation of the efficient management strategy and inventory monitoring for all stores.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the coordination of the Warehouse Manager

    Operational tasks

– Support in the management of stores;

– Coordinate SAP data entry operations;

– Ensure the management and monitoring of store inventory;

– Ensure the supply of the factory in inputs.

– Ensuring inventories;

 

 

 

– Support the preparation and monitoring of the division’s budget;

– Ensure quality control

– Support in the administrative management of the staff of the division;

– Perform any other tasks instructed by the hierarchy

​Monitoring of the QMS

– Propose the changes to be given to the QMS, with regard to the quality policy and the progress objectives defined by the General Management;

– Propose actions to be implemented with regard to the results and information relating to customer satisfaction

– Evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement actions decided

– Train and sensitize the personnel of his service to the QMS

– Hold the quality point of the service

– Ensure compliance with the specifications of products under quality assurance

 

 

 

Training

– Propose and prepare training materials

– Facilitate training and prepare the various reports to be transmitted to the Quality Manager

– Attend the evaluation committee cold training

JOB PROFILE

    Qualifications and experience required

– Graduate of higher education in management and/or at least 06 years in the field;

– Bilingualism is an asset (English/French).

Know how to be: Attitudes

– Team spirit;

– Quality oriented;

– Sense of hierarchy;

– Have a sense of observation.

Know-how: technical skills

– Mastery of inventory management processes;

– Have a perfect command of quality procedures;

– Master micro-computing (Word and Excel).

– Extended seated and / or standing position

INTERIM

– Being able to ensure the interim of: Warehouse Manager
