Missions & main activities

Guarantee the availability and quality of B2B services (Leased Lines, GSM & ICT) of Orange Cameroon for an improvement in the level of customer satisfaction and their loyalty

• Manage B2B capacity management in collaboration with the DOB and network engineering
• Ensure the permanent audit of the performance of the transmission network carrying the B2B services
• Permanently assess key B2B performance indicators
• Perform daily B2B last-mile link status monitoring
• Ensure preventive and evolutionary maintenance on the B2B ICT park (Wifi company, Firewall, …) of Orange Cameroon

Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of the performance of B2B services (LL, GSM and ICT), implementation of quality plans for a substantial reduction in the volume of reports and malfunctions

• Perform Root-cause analysis on D+1 of incidents that impacted the B2B network
• Set up quality plans and cross-functional management with all departments
• Be responsible for the levels of achievement of the contractual SLAs with the customers of the B2B park of Orange Cameroon

Actively participate in B2B projects in the design, production and transfer to operation phases of new B2B services (LL, GSM and ICT). Guarantee the conformity of the B2B park and ensure the adequacy between the network and the invoicing (LL, GSM and ICT)

• Co-build the deployment architectures of new B2B projects in collaboration with the engineering teams.
• Oversee daily B2B network optimizations
• Ensure B2B fleet compliance – weekly and monthly network scan + correction.

Provide the required support to the sales teams during business reviews with B2B customers.

• Monitor daily and weekly KPIs (Key performance Indicator) of LL services, analyze cases of degradation and initiate corrective plans
• Participate with the support of the DOB in business review meetings with premium customers and follow the action plans adopted

Education:  Engineer Bac+5 telecoms or computer networks, project management

Experience : 2 years minimum in a Transmission network operating position.
