Allianz Cameroon Recruits as part of its activities 01 Bancassurance Network Animator M / F

MISSIONS

Training of the personnel of the banking branches of your connecting network
Emulation of the sales force in the multi-equipment of their portfolio in bancassurance products
Assistance and coaching of the sales force during prospecting with banking customers
Commercial animation necessary for the occasion of sales challenges and launch of new products
Reporting of the production of bank branch sales representatives Handling of complaints and various requests from customers .
Competitive intelligence through the detection and counter – offensive of offers from third-party companies in their agency networks
Implementation and execution of all other related activities at the request of the Bancassurance Management

PROFILE

Minimum Bac + 3 training (in commerce and sales will be an asset)
REQUIRED SKILLS

Good presentation
High sense of communication and interpersonal
skills Good aptitude to negotiation and sales
Be proactive, reactive, rigorous and disciplined Good sense of organization and methodical.
Disposition to mobility
Skills required

Good command of office tools, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
An experience of at least 2 years in the insurance sector will be an undeniable asset Bilingualism F / A will be a plus
