Recruitment notice: Bilingual GRAPHIC DESIGNER, ADIALEA

Context:

As part of its internal organization, ADIALEA CAMEROUN is recruiting a Bilingual GRAPHIC DESIGNER.

Nature of the Mission:

Under the authority of the Communication and Marketing Manager, the post holder will mainly be responsible for the missions below in compliance with the communication and animation plans set for the year :

• • Design and create different visual elements, images, logos, graphic charters, etc. as part of a communication campaign

• • Respect the graphic charter or reference documents,

• • Define and decline concepts on different media,

• • Produce the content of all pages/media, plan and coordinate their creation;

• • Ensure the shots (shooting model, photo and video coverage, etc.);

• • Choose the medium adapted to the message and the target;

• • Ensure the technical quality of production documents created internally and those produced externally

Training : Bac + 2/3 digital communication and graphic design

Prior experience : See portfolio portfolio (collection of personal work)
See time to produce campaign creatives

Technical knowledge : Mastery of specialized software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Ability to take quality photographs and videos, and adapt them to the constraints of the web,

Real ability in web writing (spelling, knowledge of good natural referencing practices),

Mastery of technical settings on the different social platforms (TWITTER, YOUTUBE. ..),

Be multitasking, flexible and quick to work under pressure.

Skills : Listening skills, sense of contact, empathy, good relational dimension,

Intellectual curiosity, very good general knowledge,

Autonomy, diplomacy, rigor,

Ability to anticipate,

Taste of the field and ability to position oneself alongside operational staff,

Understanding of the economic issues of the company and its powers,

Languages: French and English

                          NB: mastery of English is essential
