Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 01 Billing Technician based in Douala.

Missions:
• Ensure the operation of premium and loan data systems, from invoicing, collection to data conversion;
Main activities:
• Prepare customer premium payment history.
• Prepare the history of loan repayments at the request of customers
• Perform research on the basis of proof of payments provided by customers in the form of cash receipts, pay slips or bank statements.

• Identify malfunctions in invoicing and data coding.

• BAC + 2 in financial management
• Discretion

• Ability to listen and take initiative
• Ability to analyze and synthesize
• Sense of customer service and organization
• Bilingual
