JOB ACTIVITIES
   Main mission : Define and implement the marketing mix policy of a range or product line for the purpose of selling and improving the brand image.

–       Ensure the qualitative and quantitative referencing of its brands at the point of sale;

–       Boost through different techniques the sales of the brands for which he is responsible;

–       Analyze sales and draw the attention of the hierarchy to unusual behavior;

–       Carry out market and product monitoring;

–       Develop and propose effective and innovative marketing strategies for its brands;

–       Propose and implement the BTL and ATL actions of its brands;

–       Propose innovations related to its market sectors;

–       Propose development axes for its ranges;

–       Initiate, monitor and finalize new product development projects;

–       Define the brand positioning and its territory in relation to its competitors;

–       Reporting sales statistics for brands and their ranges;

–       Perform analyzes of the profitability of its ranges and formulate strategic recommendations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED REQUIRED SKILLS
 

Academic level: BACC +3 in Marketing and Communication.

 

Professional experience: Two (02) years minimum.

Expertise

–       Build representative samples;

–       Evaluate and interpret the results of surveys and studies;

–       Achieve sales targets by product and by range;

–       Perform an analysis on the life cycle of the product;

–       Perform a BCG analysis;

–       Build a brand management policy;

–       Read the level of evolution of the product in its life cycle;

–       Define and control the implementation of the marketing action plan;

–       Define the mix of ranges or brands.

Know-how

–       A sense of listening and availability;

–       A strong ability to anticipate;

–       self-control

–       Diplomacy;

–       A sense of initiative;

–       A sense of animation;

–       A strong ability to work in a project team and in a network;
