Yoomee Mobile Cameroon is recruiting as part of its activities 01 BTL Agency Coordinator

MISSIONS AND TASKS:

Field supervision of FSR teams. To train the sales teams on the various products and services
To streamline the operation of Yoomee’s Regional Sales Department.

Management and commercial communication between BTL and Yoomee Mobile Partner agencies
Organize and schedule FSR training sessions, Facilitate commercial communication between BIL and Yoomee Mobile Partner agencies,
Ensure compliance with laws and policies, D animate, coordinate, control its teams
Evaluate the operational performance of the team.
REQUIRED PROFILE

degree in commerce/sales or marketing
Have at least 03 years’ experience in the field
Be comfortable and have a taste for the field
Well-organized and responsible mind with an aptitude for problem solving
Be dynamic and know how to adapt quickly,
Well-organized and responsible mind with an aptitude for problem solving
Good stress management .
